Terms of use
Mercator lets an authenticated account search published contributions and maintain its own selected information. A business profile is optional for search. Cosmetics has richer structured matching; other capability descriptions are declared leads with narrower coverage. An empty result does not establish that the wider market has no suitable provider.
Publish only selected information you are authorized to disclose. Keep business relationships and commercial terms faithful to your own declarations, including restrictions and uncertainty. Do not impersonate another person, claim verified ownership from a matching name or route, or copy someone else's evidence as your first-party statement.
Review the complete saved proposal before confirming publication. A changed or expired review needs a fresh review. Publication is to registered Mercator accounts; broader anonymous disclosure requires a separate change. You control withdrawal, deletion and disconnection through the supported account or agent routes.
Published declarations do not guarantee current stock, authenticity, prices, dispatch or fulfillment. Use other sources and confirmation from the provider when needed. Mercator does not require exclusive use of its search, perform transactions or supply a global quality score.
Harmful or impersonating contributions can be reported and suspended after publication. Suspension removes discovery and blocks further publication without erasing other accounts' private histories. Lifting suspension leaves the contribution private until its owner reviews and confirms publication again.
